Chris Marr is a native of Chicago and now living in SW Florida with tremendous experience in the real estate industry. He obtained his real estate license as well as his MLO. He is excited to join Jolt Capital with services that include approving mortgage loans, investing, property management, and working with buyers and sellers. When he is not working with his clients whom he cares so much for, Chris enjoys traveling with his family and exploring the ocean on his boat. He also loves art, poetry, movies, and music. Watching his parents grow successful client-focused businesses helped him gain important skills that allow him to provide the best service to his clients in mortgage and funding services. He prides himself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. His goal is to make each client feel comfortable and at ease with the process of buying, selling, or leasing a home. Seeing the joy of a client getting the approval for a mortgage makes his entire day, all this by providing clear communication and updates along the way.
